proc·ess [ˈpräˌses] noun

a series of intentional actions taken to achieve a particular goal.

Understand

We can't help our customers, until we ask the right questions and understand their business.  Using this information we can then work alongside them to match them up with the right solution for them.

Track

Customer and manufacturer interactions are tracked for reference at any point in time regardless of the account manager within our CRM.  The use of pipelines allows us to track the sales process from prospecting to closing the sale.

Meet

All of our efforts would be for nothing if we did not get out and meet our customers face to face.  In an age where more and more is done without personal interaction, we believe there is still an important place for personal one on one interaction to get the job done.

Develop

Marketing collaterals and training aides are designed and developed using specific programs that can then integrate into direct sales pieces or drip marketing efforts.

Communicate

While face time with our current and potential account base takes us in a variety of directions, our unified system keeps us integrated to be able to easily track, schedule and communicate within our team.  Believing that time is valuable and our customers and manufacturers deserve the best, our system allows us to act quickly, accurately and professionally make the most of all opportunities.
