chan·nel [ˈCHanl] noun
an intentional chosen route through which products are delivered to the market
“Depending on your platform and goals, there are a number of different channels to go to market. Each allows a unique opportunity to capture new business and 23 years has given us insight into all of them. ”
DISTRIBUTION
The 1 and 2 Step Distribution channel is maximized through key relationships and strategic planning. These customers have many products to promote, the key is consistent touch points, keeping our products in front of the distributors buyers and sales team. The result? We maximize sales and program opportunities with the dealers and builders who they work with on a daily basis. Success in this channel is a result of Project One's multi-faceted sales approach coming along side the manufacturer to equip the distributors with the tools they need to close the sale.
RETAIL
We have effectively represented manufacturers in both specialty retail and big box stores. This is a unique customer that operates differently from the other channels and with our understanding of this market, we have been able to successfully partner with manufacturers to grow their business both organically and through new account acquisition.
PRIVATE LABEL / OEM
There are many times when this channel is overlooked. Over the years we have taken a riffled approach to capturing select private label and OEM opportunities on a national level with select manufacturing partners. This is a long sales cycle due to the many challenges it to navigate this sale, but persistence pays off typically with a high volume, long term business partner.
CREATIVE MARKETING
The goal of marketing is to grab your targets attention and create movement towards the sale. While most marketing companies have creativity, there is typically a large learning curve to help them understand the buyer and seller. As a company who is directly in front of customers understanding their business as well as an expert in the products we sell, Project One has a unique set of skills to provide both our manufacturers and customers with tools that set us apart, shrinking the gap that allows marketing to be effective.
